K-Meleon Web Browser Forum
No matter how I edit the Prefs.js either through the edit>Preferences window or by manually editing and importing a new Prefs.js file I cannot not get K-Meleon to hold on to my changes. Example: If I change the user_pref("kmeleon.MRU.maxURLs", 16) to a user_pref("kmeleon.MRU.maxURLs", 1) after I close and restart K-Meleon it defaults to the original user_pref("kmeleon.MRU.maxURLs", 16). If I try and clear the history via the edit>Preferences window by manually taking out each url they return the next time I open K-Meleon.
Any suggestions on how I can get the changes to stay in the Prefs.js file?
