Not connecting to port 8080

I'm running Radio Userland on port 8080 on my own machine.

Opera and IE both connect to http://127.0.0.1:8080 without any problems. KMeleon tells me that the connection is refused. It connects to http://127.0.0.1 without any problems (my IIS server) however.

any ideas?
