Menus don't work with ALT + arrows

In standard window's, menus can be normally activated by pressing alt, and the using the arrow keys to navigate them. Menus can also be activated by holding alt and pressing the underlined key. Neither of these seems to work in k-meleon v0.6 - is this just me, or do other people have this problem? Is the a bug, or a (*cough*) feature?

you have to disable the rebar menu plugin.
