K-Meleon can get to www.hotmail.com but after trying to sign in I get a message saying it couldn't find the URL https://lc1.law13.hotmail.passport.com/cgi-bin/dologin (which is where it gets sent from www.hotmail.com so I was already there?)
Well I have went to hotmail I have a add there and I can get in just fine with Kmeleon 0.6 so I am not sure what version your using but it works fine here
if their sniffer decides you have a browser that's javascript equipped, but you have javascript disabled, it won't let you in till you enable it. however, if you put something random into the user agent field, it will let you access your account after giving you the HTML equivalent of a funny look (and a stern warning that you're living in the stone ages). unfortunately, hotmail is almost hopelessly dysfunctional without javascript anymore, so you can't do certain things, such as delete messages...
Just to add: galeon (the Linux cousin of Kmeleon) is perhaps the *only* browser (other than k-meleon to render hotmail cleanly...actually i'm stating the obvious since both use mozilla....
