Any idea how to correct this problem? I get a dialog box with this message every time I try to launch k-meleon .6

I found that I was lacking the current version of the Windows Common Control Library. Installing it corrected the Browser Frame problem.
I find that the display colors are very odd looking on most web pages when viewed with K-meleon. They almost look like a 16 color display even though I have Windows set to 256 colors. Is there some setting to enable dithering of colors similar to Netscape?
I am using an IBM 760E laptop with a display setting of 256 colors and 800x600 resolution. W95a, 32MB, 150MHz.
