Using keyboard tabbing to run through forms, the enter key cannot be used to mark checkboxes or radio limits, instead it launches the form action.
My bad, I think.....
I am seeing the same behavior in Mozilla and IE.
you should use space bar to check boxes, radio buttons, and push buttons.
