If there is more than one window browsing, the one that started first sometimes keeps the other waiting (even the Lookup of the host part) and then the 'hanging' browser window jumps to the site...i mean both should kind of start loading simultaneously. For heavy image based sites, this sometimes causes annoyance in the sense that it appears that one of the site is down (when its actually not!)
