can't us local style sheet?

dunno if this qualifies as a bug, but a site that i use allows the option to view it's pages using a local style sheet saved to the root directory as 'custom.css' by serving pages with this style tag:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="file:///custom.css">

but k-meleon doesn't seem to want to use that one, and displays the page without css formatting. using style sheets from the site works well enough. is this something that could be implemented? is it a 'zilla thing?

Po,

I did a quick check at Bugzilla but didn't see anything. We'll need to test this on Mozilla to confirm. Do you have a test case that we can test against?

This is a security issue, afaik, mozilla will not allow you to reference local files. This is a good thing.
