I have a 650 mHz PC running Windows 98 second edition. I have IE5.5 (*sigh*... the things we have to do for toolbar dll's...), but I don't have Mozilla or NS6 installed.
When I go directly to
https://mail.yahoo.com, instead of warning me that the valid (valid authority, valid date) certificate's site address (login.yahoo.com) doesn't match that of mail.yahoo.com, K-Meleon tries (and fails) to find some certificate XUL file, spawns a pop-up window which is approximately 60% of the size of the screen which stays blank (no content, no right-click context menu), has no toolbars, no scrollbar, and isn't resizable, then reports this error:
"You cannot connect to mail.yahoo.com because of an unknown SSL error (-12276)"
Unfortunately, I can't replicate the error containing the name of the xul file. It stopped reporting it after the first couple of times. I will try clearing the cache and reinstalling K-Meleon so you guys can have the name of the file.
Thanx!
