I had to disable the loader. It was causing shut-down problems with windows 95. It seemed fine with windows 2000. In any case, who is so short of time they need to save two seconds when they open the browser?
not me.
in any case, i'd rather have my machine BOOT quicker... i'm usually more imapatient with that than starting up the browser...
