When not using maximize upon restart program does not remember it's last position upon reloading! Can the window size and position be edited so it will load in the correct position (Registry, *.ini, *.inf, *.cfg, etc..)?
Can set height and width in prefs.js, see http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/docs/preferences.php
Not sure about position.
Is it a big problem? I always start it maxed, so I haven't experienced that.
Mostly the size is the one from the previous close, but not the position.
I would like KM to open straight from the top-left position, like the other browsers do, and a new window to open at the same height, but slightly to the right.
I think I have added this already to improvement requests some time ago.

I found it over in js.prefs and prefs in config but alais as you said not the one that doesn't work window position, also found window max -1 over in source files but that would not do me any good. I pretty well quit programing after GEM went out the door and never did get into C...
