serverCertExpired.xu1 cannot be found

After switching to a secure site I recieve the following error:

The file
/C:/Program%20Files/K-Meleon/chrome/packages/core/serverCertExpired.xu1 cannot be found. Please check the location and try again.

Is there a solution to this problem? Looks like some files are missing.
