bookmarks and links

1 - I didn't find the way to create a folder for organizing bookmarks.
It seems strange to me to use Netscape to do this.

2 - After some tests with bookmarks, I lost my bookmarks.

3 - Links I have read appear with the same color than others. It is important for me to see quickly where I am in the prévious page with a lot of links to avoid to read the same links.

4 - K-Meleon is very nice except when we reconfigurate, then we must close and exit k-meleon.

5 - When I rename the profile default, I don't see the changed name immediately.

6 - How can I define K-Meleon as default browser ?

These features seem to me very important for a good browser. Is there a hope these features appear soon ? I find K-Meleon very nice and I need these features.

Congratulations for your great effort : it is a big project with a lot of very interesting features.

regarding visited link colors, see this page:

http://tln.lib.mi.us/~amutch/pro/kmeleon/khistfiles.htm

as for bookmarks, it sounds like the new version of the plugin is going to be a dramatic improvement over the old one.

for making kmeleon the default browser, you might try setbrowser:

Thank you.
I have the new color of visited links and now K-Meleon is my default browser.

Is it possible de get an old version of the bookmark plugin with the last version of K-Meleon ?

I have another problem. When I am in the web site www.hotmail.com to read my mail,
the server refused the connection and I cannot read my mail : I need Internet Explorer to access my mail. Is there a solution ?

Thank you

umm... by 'old', i really meant 'current version' of bookmarks plugin. smiling smiley

hotmail might like the browser better if it's identified as something else.

and you have to accept all cookies, of course.

maybe it's gotten worse since the last time i was there?

I find that both Hotmail.com and Email.com require that I accept cookies before they will open to my mail page. If I don't accept the cookies, the go right from the sign in page to the closing page
