Cookies confirmation dialog (Kmeleon 0.65 beta)

The cookies confirmation dialog pops up on all sites with a rather... well... developerish confirmation. There needs to be a setting, "do not bother me about cookies.", and the cookies confirmation prompt needs to be more user friendly.
