I'm using KM 0.6.5, and when I try to download a file it will ask me where to saave it and every thing, but it doesn't seem to actually download. I noticied there was a link for a Stardownloader plugin, and I hope I don't have to use this to down load files.
first of all, 0.6.5 is a beta, and it was clearly stated in the dev list while announcing the latest build that the downloading was broken.
that said, try looking in your temp folder for something about the right size and file type, but probably not with the name you'd be expecting... you might get lucky.
