When I click a link from mail (Eudora client) K-M always brings up two browsing windows.....do I have a setting set wrong somewhere? If I click another link two more windows, etc....

Thanks in advance
Jeff

i've notice this happen when the association that calls k-meleon (probably the URL associations, in this case, unless there's a setting within Eudora that calls k-meleon directly) attempts to use DDE, which works for other browsers, but not k-meleon. you can find the associations in question, and if the 'use DDE' box is checked, uncheck it.

that might help. otherwise, hopefully someone more familiar with Eudora can figure it out...

Thanks! I have had that trouble for a long time using Outlook 98 and any other browser. Took out DDE from file types:

URL:HTTP (HyperText Transfer-Protocol)
URLconfused smileyecure HyperText Transfer Protocol
(and just to do it) URL:File Transfer Protocol
