Form problem?

I'm using KM 0.6. This page doesn't seem to display correctly:

http://student.uq.edu.au/~s365306/koretta.html

When this page is loaded it displays an intercept (is that the correct term?) which is supposed to inform the (potential) viewer about something relating to the requested page.

This intercept page is headed "ITS Advisory." The Continue button is supposed to load the actual page, headed "Information about the KORETTA program (Korea Teacher Training Assistant, also known as EPIK."

In Off By One, this works fine, but not in K-Meleon, which just reloads the intercept page -- at least for me. Does anyone else see the same problem, or is it just me? Or is this a known bug that I missed here?

Oops, never mind, I just noticed I have cookies off, and this page requires them. <blush> (Bloody cookies.)
