There is a bug in KM.6 with the tag imput with the type file and the CSS
Try :
<input style="color: #760000 ; border-color : #fe1100; background-color: #fbed69" name="tel" type="text" />
<br />
<input style="color: #760000 ; border-color : #fe1100; background-color: #fbed69" name="photo" type="file" />
and you'll see the probleme
You can talk about issues with k-meleon here. Issues means: bugs, malfunction, crashes, etc. Remember that issues with web rendering is beyond the scope of what K-meleon is, a shell for an engine.
