self.close() in a layer will close the entire browser

Just grabbed the new beta, and it's looking really good. Had to mess with the config files a little to get the toolbars looking right and to add an "Open link in new layer" item to the link context menus, but that's it. I also noticed that sites with self-signed certs work now, and the layer support has the potential to switch me over to K-Meleon full time.

I did want to report a bug with layers. If you open a window in a layer, and that window calls the Javascript "self.close()" method, then the entire browser will close, not just that layer.

This is with version 0.6.5, build 431.

Incidentally, I think it is customary (well, for security reasons) in some cases for the browser to display an alert when self.close() is invoked. For instance, if you go directly to the following URL in IE, then click "Close," a warning will be displayed:
