I just did the installation of Windows Media Player for K-Meleon, and went to http://www.gamespot.com to watch a trailer, and after I clicked the link to open the window for WMP to play the the stream, my computer said K-Meleon had performed an illegal operation and would be shut down. I've copied the entire error message here:

I don't know what happened, and I've tried it several times, with a few different movie trailers, and the same problem still happens. I did the installation as it's told on the website: copying the 3 files from the WMP folder into c:\program files\k-meleon\plugins\

* npwmsdrm.dll
* npdsplay.dll
* npds.zip

I also did a similar installation with Quick Time Player, and it could run no problem. Can anyone please help me out?

OK. I should have asked which version of WMP too. Can you let me know which version of WMP you are using?

The next release of K-meleon, which is in beta testing, will automatically detect your WMP install.

It's version 6.4.07.1121
