Occassionaly (alright, well, frequently) when I start km, all of my toolbars lose their previous positions and sizes. Is anybody else having this problem / found a work around for it?

Scott,

Which version are you using - look under Help - About K-Meleon.

Scott,

Have you tried using the "Lock the Toolbars" option under:

View - Toolbars

Andrew:

Yes, I have. And I've also written a macro to re-set the user_pref's that seem to contain where the toolbars go, and running the macro and then restarting km doesn't seem to fix this either.

I didnt have this specific problem with the toolbars in the 488 build but after customization I would get an error message referencing toolbars.dll on exit. Naturally I thought it was an error on my part tinkering with customization but when I replaced the toolbars.dll with the patched one from the 431 build everything worked well. This happened on 2 separate PC's in my home so 488's toolbars.dll is buggy.

You may want to go to Ulf's site where you can get the latest build of this plugin.
