hi
this is very minor but does look "non-professional", if you visited say about 10 or more pages in one K-meleon window/layer and right click on the BACK or FORWARD button, then only the first nine pages are numbered from 1 to 9 and others dont show any number in front of them.
I believe the numbers are there primarily as accelerators, which wouldn't make sense to push beyond single digits. Actually, the accelerators pretty much only make sense in the context of the Go menu, but they carry over to the Forward/Back button menus, too, which doesn't hurt, really.
