Print preview shows only the first 2 of 6 total pages.
Does anyone else get a similar result?

I get all pages, but how the heck do you get out of it. There is a toolbar in Mozilla which includes Close. I could not see anything, and when I exited there was a Rnapp entry hanging. I was able to proceed by closing it. There was no arrow, to go back. I tried Esc, and did not work.
You get out the same weay you got in.
Print preview has a check on it.
Uncheck it, and you'll be back to normal.
