K-Meleon Web Browser Forum
I still have Netscape 4.79 set as the default mail program on my system. When I use mailto:<addr> in K-Meleon it opens a blank Netscape window with mailto:<addr> and two Netscape mail composer windows.
Same happens with my email program Phoenix.....so it does seem to be a K-Meleon bug. If you know anything new about that, pls let me know.

Actually I figured out this was being caused by DDE a while ago. You have to remove the ddeexec keys under mailto in the registry.
I find ContextEdit, from http://www.pcmag.com/utilities/ very handy for fixing those little file bugz. Can get to them quicker than thru Regedit. Might also be comforting to those with a touch of Regeditophobia ;-)
