I don't know if it's a bug, or if xtml files are in a wrong format, but when I try to use french jar files, for example about.xtml, Kmeleon gives an error with the title which is :
<title>&Agrave;&nbsp;propos&nbsp</title>
or
<title>A;&nbsp;propos&nbsp</title>

It don't gives an error if I correct it by <title>A propos de K-Meleon</title>

Is-it due to the title or to Kmeleon ?

The xtml file is correctly executed by Firebird (it is in the french jar file for firebird)
