Just getting my feet wet with 0.9.b3. First impression: AWESOME. Finally the pesky bug 315 is gone. YEAH! Good work, guys.
There are two things that I felt were some sort of deterioration from 0.8.2. One, on most if not all pages, the page is already being displayed while being loaded. That of course is very good. Then, when the page is fully loaded, there is a screen refresh so that the page becomes white again for a split second. I feel this is a minor annoyance, is this screen refresh really necessary? Number two is that 0.9.b3 feels a bit sluggish when compared to 0.8.2.

Can't say I notice any sluggishness. If anything 0.9b3 loads faster without the loader than 0.8.2 . And I agree with the kudos for beta 3. AWESOME!
Now beta 4, that renders sluggish for me and the new rebar and bmp menu plugins still don't work as previously noted:
