Interesting bug on IE favorites order when Unicode is used

Good nights.
I've found an interesting, non critical, bug on the IE favorites managing. Don't know if it's on the plug-in or where. I'm using 1'02 but it will probably also happen on 1'1 alfas.
It's quite simply, if you have an IE favorite named using an unicode character, for example an "é" it will be placed the last on the list, more at the bottom than the "z" starting favorites.
So, let's say I have only 3 favorites on my list:
"Anton Bruckner Fan Club"
"Élite Clásica" (please note the "´" accent symbol over the capitol "E")
"Ziggy Stardust Travel Agency"
It should be ordered as I did above, considering the capitol "é" as a normal "e", but it is ordered this way:
"Anton Bruckner Fan Club"
"Ziggy Stardust Travel Agency"
"Élite Clásica" (please note the "´" accent symbol over the capitol "E")
Is it possible to have this officialy fixed?
Should I open a bug report for this?

I'd be surprised if Windows (at least XP) doesn't have anything to help with correct Unicode sorting. Just open a bug report.

The bug was reported.
Now it's called "Bug 885".
