I use Cyberhawk as a HIPS along with my firewall and I periodically get a warning message that K-meleon is logging keystrokes. Any thoughts as to whether this is a K-meleon thing, a cyberhawk thing or something else (or what additional info is needed to make a judgment)?

I have no idea what's wrong, but I suggest you try installing K-Meleon and Cyberhawk in another computer and see whether Cyberhawk complains there.
