When I open some page that has cyrillic encoding, including title in cyrillic, it shows some crazy fonts in k-meleon title bar and layer's title. What is the problem with this?

A wrong setting or an encoding problem of the page/page's server.

There is a Russian k-meleon!
Maybe use k-meleon 1.02 pro en-US that is the English version of the Russian k-m.

I'm pretty sure there are known problems with non-Latin characters on the title bar and layer buttons. Ulf stated in one of the bug reports that K-Meleon assumed Latin-1 in a few places, and I don't think they have been fixed.

I'm not sure whether a special build is required for full Unicode support, but the version I'm using still cannot display non-Latin characters in the title bar, layer buttons, and menu; for example try http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/K-Meleon.

c00kie, i found that if i have "Russian" selected in my "Regional and Language Options" then everything works well.

But in bookmarks window, still don't work well.
