IE-Tab in K-M 1.1?

Hi! I just wonder how I'm suppose to install ie-tab in K-M 1.1 and make it work?
I've tried to follow the install directions that are available here in K-M forum but they are for K-M versions earlier than K-M1.1. So can someone help me with this? Please?
