Well I think this is a bug, but I don't know . When you have more than one layer opened, if you click the X button to exit K-Meleon, it asks you if you want to close all tabs. The problem is, if you click No, the layer you have selected closes and the others stay there. Is that really a bug?

That's the intended behaviour. "Yes" is "yes, close all", "No" is "no, just close this layer", and "Cancel" is "oops".
