While Search toolbar has focus, can't scroll page with keyboard

K-meleon should pass on Up/Down and Page Up/Page Down on to the main browser when the search text box has focus.

I suppose you mean the find bar that shows up when you press Ctrl+F? (The "search toolbar" is a different thing.)
If you do mean the find bar, then I agree.

Assume you are refering scrolling with the Arrow and Page Up/Down keys. Might try checking the Scroll Lock key. It probably does nothing at all unless you are running a vintage DOS system, but may be worth checking on.
Also, if you are on WiFi none of these keys may work anyway.

Dwedit is right that the "find" bar, if shown, has focus for the arrow keys and page up and down keys. I do not know if it was designed to be that way or if something was overlooked. For myself I use the mouse more than the keys so I never noticed this.

In regard to the focus, the find bar is behaving like the url bar. You have to focus these bars in order to enter something. When one of these bars is focused, the document area can obviously not be focused at the time...
