my command line don't work in wine (debian etch + wine .43).
what is to do?

I presume that you mean the address bar for URLs.
It will probably not work in K-Meleon, except in
the versions with a special K-Meleon.eve made
for Linux by Dorian. The browser versions containing
this exe are K-Meleon-NX-1816 and earlier, and the
versions called K-Meleon-Linux-usable which you can all
find on the page for Unofficial K-Meleons here :

Another possibility would be to write the URL address
into the Open file box, which should pop up using
the shortcut Ctrl + O. After writing into the
files field hit the Enter button.
