Bookmarks gone

I've upgraded to 1.1.4, and enabled the Netscape bookmarks plugin, but all my old bookmarks are GONE. This is really bad because I had tons of them. Any way to get them back?

Oh, and in the future, could you possibly WARN users about this before they upgrade? This really isn't acceptable. Thanks.

The upgrade of the browser seems to have created a new profile.
Your old profile is either in your central application folder, probably
in C:/Documents..../yourusername/K-Meleon > subfolder ,
or inside the root directory of your older K-Meleon installation (K-Meleon1.1.3 ?)
which could be in C:/Programs etc.
Go there and copy your bookmarks. Then paste it into the same place of your
upgraded K-Meleon 1.1.4 version.
If you can't find them, search for bookmarks.html using the search function
of Windows.
During installation, you had the choice to mark your preferred profile
configuration. Checking "multiuser" creates a profile in your central
applications folder or uses a there already existing profile from your
older version, not checking multiuser creates a new profile inside the
root directory of your new upgraded version.

Hmm, enabling multi-profiles seems to have fixed the problem, so thank you very much!

@ Minzy

Just for safety you might consider using the macro ResProfile located at http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/wiki/KmmResProfile. Make your reserve folder outside of the KM folder. This is an overkill, just in case plan but it comes in handy if something happens bad to your current profile.
