K-meleon 1.5.0 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.17pre) Gecko/20080716 K-Meleon/1.5.0):
Acid1: Ok
Acid2: Failed
Acid3: 53/100
Mozilla FireFox 3.0.1 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; pt-BR; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 Firefox/3.0.1)
Acid1: Ok
Acid2: Ok
Acid3: 71/100
I do not fully comprehend: what makes this result remarkable?
AFAIK It is a feature of the 1.9 GRE used in Firefox3.0.X.
Do the test with: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; pt-BR;
rv:1.8.1.16) Gecko/20080702 Firefox/2.0.0.16
Or a newer Firefox with GRE 1.8.1.X GRE if You want comparable results.
p.s. How about using some time for a current pt-BR K-Meleon translation?
It would give a K-Meleon pt-BR a good future start for next translation.
BTW: There was already a public test K-Meleon CCF( IMHO the best unofficial K-Meleon distro for Win32) with 1.9 engines.
You can alter it & test with a number of components and engines.
K-Meleons with 1.9 GRE are work in progress but have the same Acid results as any comparable Firefox.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.9) Gecko K-Meleon/1.5.0

Acid1: Ok
