Just got a brand new quad core PC with Windows Vista 64-bit; installed k-meleon 1.5, but am having a real issue. On any webpage, if I click on highlighted text to go to a topic, nothing happens. I have been using k-meleon for over two years now so I believe my settings are correct in Preferences, in terms of opening links in new tab, as well as URL's. Any suggestions? I have to use IE to send out this SOS, as clicking on the k-meleon forum topics does diddly squat.

there's an issue with vista when registering as default, go to folder options and make sure km is default for http, https and ftp protocols.
Thanks for the input, disrupted; just discovered that Windows Vista 64 does not seem to like the mouse gestures extension. Once that option removed, all links open correctly; however, I am really used to mouse gestures, any other suggestions?
Thanks for posting this solution, I had the same problem on my new Vista-32bit laptop after a couple of days of use - the rightclick menu on links was missing its usual opions and I couldn't open any links in new tabs - very irritating, rendered K-Meleon unusable.
I found that disabling mouse gestures solved this (once I had closed kmeleon and ended the process).
