middlescroll only scrolls downwards but not upwards. need confirmation tis happening on other machines to rule out possible errors in profile prefs.
edit: only downwards and leftwards, cannot scroll upwards and rightwards. also the arrows remain in their quad-way(all directions arrows) state when trying to scroll to the right or up
