clear passwords crash

it appears that password manager can't handle addresses from unconventional protocols particularly passwords saved from xul extensions like chrome:// and causes the whole browser to crash.

it happened when i was clearing cookies and instead cleared passwords by mistake.. when manually removing passwords from the password viewer or remove all.. the browser won't crash, however the passwords related to funny protocols will still remain... even with those passwords/accounts removed from within the xul extension they are still preserved in the *.s file. confirmation came when testing with privacy mode profile which doesn't have any chrome passwords and clearing passwords function worked without problems.

there's a missing link between converted extensions and password manager that makes pm not able to control those xul-generated accounts.

e.g. of bad passwords or rather bad addresses

those funny protocols addresses can never be removed using km password manager, causing it to crash on 'clear all' command and neither does the extension(though account removed from prefs) can remove them.

you can test with gspace or performancing(requires wizard xuls)

i don't know if this can really be considered as a kmeleon bug..as xul extensions with accounts are not an official km thing.
