hulu.com fullscreen prob

Good morning,
On hulu.com when I try to watch movies or tv shows in fullscreen, it does not enter full screen mode. I'm not talking about pressing F11 to go into browser full screen, but pressing the full screen on Hulu's flash player. Instead, it moves the video down slightly and cuts off the top portion of the video, so it is even smaller than it was to begin with.

Perhaps a bad browser detection.

Try to change userstring by Firefox (Tools > UserStrings > Firefox)

Sorry our videos can only be streamed in the US.

I cannot even try to find the reason.

Check Yourself with a Firefox or Seamonkey that uses 18 GRE whether it is
K-Meleon fault or rather HULU.

alains suggestion is a good bet if it streams well with those two I mentioned

Sorry I'm just now responding to this. I've been away for a bit. Yes, I had already switched it to detect kmeleon as firefox. This problem does not happen with ie or firefox, but this particular computer is 7 years old, so I prefer to run kmeleon on it.

One more thing I just noticed while playing around with it. If I click on full screen, it doesn't work, as I stated before...it just moves the image down a little and cuts off the bottom part of the image. However, I noticed that if I first tell the player to "pop out" and open in its own window and then tell it to go in full screen after it is in it's own window it will go into full screen. Not sure why that is, but it is kindof annoying to have that extra step. Oh well.
