Scrollwheel problem

This isn't so much a bug as a problem, but if I use my mouse scrollwheel while the location combobox has focus, it scrolls that instead of the page. NeoPlanet also does this, but Netscape and M$IE both make it scroll the page. I never use the scrollwheel intending to scroll the combobox, so it's always an annoyance. Any chance this could be fixed?

It does it in IE5 too. It's the MS controls, not the browser itself that is responsible.

I don't use M$IE enough to have noticed, but I seemed to remember it didn't. Anyway, can we have it optional then?

When a page comes up that has a single frame, shouldn't that frame automatically get focus? I have to click inside the page before I can use the scrollwheel. When only one frame is present, Netscape and IE automatically give it focus for the scroll wheel.

Also noticed, pressing "space" doesn't scroll the page.
