Whenever I try to open k-meleon it just crashes saying it did an illegal operation.

Yeah I got that to at first, but then I reïnstalled it and now it works.........

Same problem - occurs after having visited a site containing heavy DHTML. See http://dynamicdrive.com.
Reinstalling fixes Problem, I don´t think it has something to do with the latest nightly build, for occuring with both newest and 0.2-version
K-Meleon will not open for me either, but that is without the illegal operation. It seems to be allergic to windows 95. When I downloaded Kmeleon at school and installed it on a win95 machine, I would click the icon and nothing would happen. I check the exact executable with no luck. When I went to a computer with win98, it installed and ran fine. Just tonight I installed K-Meleon on my own computer, and I have the not open problem again. I run windows 95 osr2. Any solution would be wonderful.
that is because the older version of windows 95 has outdated dlls
download the newer ones and it will work fine
My win95 is 4.00.950C build. It is the last version, updated by IE5 installation. K-meleon doesn´t run under this OS. Does anybody have a tip?
same problem, WIN 95 , updated with new dlls and IE5, all patches, several downloads, several installs and program will not open, either from icon or the executable
i'm running Win Me, got the newest version of K-Meleon and have the same problem. docshell.dll crashes the browser. and there is no way to uninstall this *** browser.
