Kmeleon broken, and no fix in site!

When I first install Kmeleon and go to http://mail.yahoo.com, Kmeleon errors out.

However, after that I cannot get Kmeleon to launch anymore. If I re-install, everything is fine, until I go to http://mail.yahoo.com.

This seems to be a bug of sorts, but I can't pin it down.

If I copy all of the files form the latest release on Mozilla(.7) into the K-Meleon directory, this problem goes away.
