With this build javascript is completely broken again. example: try opening the cam on brians page: http://binaryc.teamreaction.com/ on my machine ie starts... it was working with some k-m builds in the past. so maybe the files that were mentioned here are missing again?

Works fine for me. And even if it didn't, that wouldn't be javascript completely broken, it would be javascript urls broken.

No, ralph is right. I forgot to copy over the jsurl.dll file in the latest build (it's not normally included in mozilla-embed). I'll fix this (and the open new window problem) soon and release another build.

I just install over my old version, so it must be using the .dll from the previous build.
