I'm using W95 OSR2 Russian edition with Russian locale.
When I installed K-meleon 0.4 on my Windows box (i'm using it form version 0.1) and started it - there was no Menu bar - actually, i so the Bar, but without menu items!
Can it be coused by my locale settings and localized ver. of Win95?

same experience with Germn windows:
On the first computer I installed it, thr menu bar was there but I was not able to access the menu bar with the Alt-<letter> key, only with mouse: AMD K6-2 200 MHz; Win95b german with Intenet Explorer not installed. Internet access via modem.
On the second one, the menu bar is completely invisible and also unaccessable.
System: AMD K6-2 450 MHz; Win95b german with Intenet Explorer not installed. Internet access to proxy via LAN (But it didn't come to this point) because I coulds reach thr proxy settings due to lack of menu bar
The same behaviour on a Win98SE machine, also connected via LAN.
The loading times are quiet short (comparable with opera). A nice browser (when it works).
