way to block an image loads (not all images)

Is there a way to block/stop an image loads but let other images load?
It will be great if I can choose this option from the image context menu.
I need it to avoid bandwidth-killer images spending up my quota.
Thank you.

Somewhat related to your query, but I use Hostsman (http://www.abelhadigital.com/) to manage a hosts file and block ad servers. Keep in mind that a hosts file only blocks complete domains, but it works well for me.
