Please, make the browser totally useful with only the menubar.
What you are missing in the menubar?
i've used it (totally?) this way at various times... but with heavy reliance on pop-up menus... do you mean excluding those?
there's even a prompt dialog that can be called now, which could somewhat replace the URL bar, i suppose, similar to OB1...
