Does any know how to remove the site icon and check mark that replaces it on the layer tab. I routinely open several pages at the same time and these take up space cutting down space for the name of the site.

If I remember correctly it would be gone if you disable site icons from the Preferences dialog and delete layers.bmp from your skin directory.
