Yes, you can do it.
In Menu:
Edit -> Preferences -> Configurations -> Accelerators
(or Edit -> Configurations -> Accelerators)
Add this new line at end of file and save changes:

ALT LButton = ID_SAVE_LINK_AS

Remember; You must restart K-Meleon for changes take effect.
