As clicking on middle mouse button or wheel can have general behavior in WINDOWS (close active window for me...), I think better to have, at least for middle click, "Do nothing" choice.
You can try in Edit -> Configuration -> Accelerators with:
K-Meleon in Spanish
Thanks but this don't change anything : the general behavior in WINDOWS takes priority to KM in both cases.
This also don't change the "Mouse Control" in Pref>Gui>ToolbarsTab bar.
I have a more serious problem in 1.5RC : kmeleon.plugins.layers.style from prefs.js don't work now (values were 2,6,10,14).
I used 14 for "Show elevated buttons" & "Highlight with asterisk" : this is also missing in "Pref" !
Help would be appreciated...

Yes, that's normal. When you associate an other command with the middle mouse button in your mouse driver, then this choice is system wide (for all applications).
K-Meleon 1.5 is using tabs, not layers. Styling of the tab buttons is currently not implemented.

I think KM 1.1.6 is more suitable for me as I'm very happy with 1.1.5 on other computer.
