while using hotmail email in kmelon we can't able to attach a file
the attachment button don't work
and moreover tollbar fonts also don't work
Logout from hotmail, change your user agent to Firefox 2:
Tools -> User Agent -> Firefox 2
Logon again in hotmail, now you should do it.

Hotmail has a severe bug in its browser recognition scripts. Hotmail, Yahoo mail, GMail and some other sites do/can not correctly detect compatible browsers.
